Hummus

My home made hummus is present on every dinner at my place, because, who does not like hummus?

It takes almost no effort to make, specially when using canned chickpeas.

Perfect to enjoy with carrots or pita bread.

Hummus

Prep Time 5 mins
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Thermomix
  • or Food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil extra virgin
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl (or food processor)
  • Blend for 1 min at speed 4.5. If it is not smooth enough, bring down from the sides of the bowl, add a bit of cold water and blend again.
  • Put the hummus in a bowl and top with olive oil and paprika
