I’ve tried many plant-based milk options, and oat milk is the easier to make at home, with only oats and water
Oat milk has the risk of becoming a bit slimy, which I’ve experienced with other recipes that call for the oats to be previously soaked. This one does not require soaking time, and to me works perfect!
- Thermomix or Food Processor
- 45 grams oats
- 500 grams/ml water
- Put the oats and the water in the Thermomix
- Blend for 1 minute at speed 10
- Strain with a fine strainer or a nut milk bag
